Multiple Business Locations

1st business location is regular price, 2nd location $150, 3rd location $75 for each business location and any there after.  Add $5.20 per employee over 5 employees. Additional locations must have the same owner and be in the same industry.

 

Business Affiliate Members

This level of membership is reserved for employees of member firms, such as; real estate agents and financial advisors.  An employee may join at the Business Affiliate investment rate of $150 ($137.50 + processing fee of $12.50 = $150.00).

 

Financial Institutions

$275 plus $15 per million dollars in deposits

 

Restaurants

$275 plus $0.60 per seat

 

Apartments & Residential Communities

$275 plus $0.60 per unit/space

 

Hotels & Motels
